A culture of nepotism. Management is terrible and miserable. Every level of management is horrible. They have fired many experienced people and replaced them with unprofessional friends. No training at all. Bullying culture. The corporate culture is unhealthy from the top-down, and a positive work environment is rarely prioritized. Employees are forced to cut corners. Important repairs are left on the backburner. Opinions are not respected, and these are dismissed. Employee opinions are worthless. A culture of nepotism. Advancements are based on previous friendships and family relationships and not skill or abilities. Most of the good employees have left. Wages are low compared to other companies. I would not recommend working here to anyone. Avoid this company.
