VERY good service at Brossard Cadillac.I have been a Ford person since 1994, buying many Fords, and my last 5 new vehicles have been Lincolns. I went to Lincoln 2 weeks ago to shop for something new. I decided to checkout Brossard Cadillac and that was that, Good Bye Lincoln. I took my Cadillac in for service today, replaced my CUE system. The work and part were significantly cheaper than the quote I got from O'Regans in Halifax (over $600 difference) It pays to shop around. Thanks Murray GM.

Just got a CT5-V from Gananoque Cadillac. I had to purchase from out of town (Cornwall), which was fantastic that they could accommodate me during the process. Everything went smooth, and love the car. Great customer service between Doug and Trent! Will definitely buy here again if we decide to purchase another GM vehicle.

Worst customer service. Think twice before bringing anything to this dealership. Dropped off truck at 7am for a fluid change. 20-30min job. zero communication the entire day. I finally called to see when it would be done as my work day was ending and I needed it to get home. Service advisor said should be done sometime between 2:30 and 4. When I asked why it took so long he said they were busy. Bring your vehicle elsewhere. This is not the first time.

I had a nice experience trading in my vehicle, and I am satisfied with my new vehicle. It was a great experience with Mitchell, he was friendly and helpful, and made sure my vehicle came detailed, touched up, serviced and ready to go.The downside was the appraisal which is slightly below market value, but it is understandable. And of course the financial manager tried to push the pricey warranty onto the contract for quite some time until it got uncomfortable and time consuming.But overall I am happy for choosing Old Mill GM. Thank you.

Best experience I've had while purchasing a vehicle. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the employees were personable and honest.Kent, the salesperson, was welcoming and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the types of vehicles offered. He listened to my needs and was able to make recommendations on what types of vehicles would suit my preferences.Tammy, in the financing department, was able to secure a great interest rate by considering various lenders and not settling on the first approval she got back. She worked with me to ensure the payment was within my budget and did not pressure me into extras that I did not want or could afford.I 100% recommend this dealership.
