So friendly, helpful and their stock is UNBELIEVABLE!! I have been in Sturgis for 24 hours and have shopped there 3 times. Thank you for the punch card on my 3rd visit and honoring all of my purchases!!!

Had some work done on my bike. Was pretty quick, and reasonable. Had a waiting room there with couch and tv. Coffee and pizza showed up after. Everytime I'm there they always have something going on. Ride for dad was sign up day today and ride was tomorrow. I recommend this place. Treat you like family.

With the atmost honesty, I very rarely comment on sites, however I feel compelled to voice out my gratitude. I have never seen such a complete team, that is highly professional, courteous and impeccably helpful. From the second you step foot in the facility until the last second there, your are treated like a VVIP. Thanks

Every time I stop at Open Road Harley, I am treated very well. I bought my 21 ultra there in 21. Staff treated my wife very well and answered all her questions respectfully. When I needed service on this bike Aaron and Eric both took extra time to explain things to me and repair my bike right the first time. This prompted my step son to buy his first bike there as well. James and Jason helped him so much ( had to hold the bike so we could calm mom down lol). The entire staff at Open Road is great. So much so that I live near two other dealers that I refuse to go to.

Ivan and his Badlands' team were extremely welcoming. I was professionally attended to where all applicable motorcycle options were discussed and analysed for my needs. Throughout I received expert communications enabling an informed decision. Payment options were simplistically optioned and explained. Badlands is a flagship dealership worthy of emulation and remains highly recommended. Thank you.

Service department is a nightmare there. I have my bike there since September 2022 from an accident and now is May 22 almost June 20023 and they are still finding out issues every week and not at once. I called and no return calls, I asked to be up to date since September and I had to go there start in December to find out and get information. Was told multiple times will get done soon and I would expect to be ready by the end of May now. Today I got a call saying they need new handle bars after all the inspections done and me been there. My first time there and last one. The reason I don't go there puck up my bike and go somewhere it is because I have the insurance paying for it, if bot would be in somebody's shop.

Great service. I enjoyed coffee and a snack while waiting for my oil change. I enjoyed browsing the inventory of new and previously loved Harleys.My bike was washed and ready to ride!
